Customer Portal

Each customer has the ability to communicate with your team members for each individual ticket.

  1. Customer Interface
    Each customer is emailed a public link that contains private security token.
    Once the customer identifies themselves by providing their email address, they can easily view your team's comments.
  2. Customer Comments
    The customer portal also allows a customer to flag a ticket as complete in case they were able to identify or solve the problem themselves. Saving your team members valuable time.
