You can quickly and easily create a new note to one of your Highrise contacts through the Zavanda 'New Ticket' interface.

Highrise / Zavanda Benefits

If you synchronize Zavanda into your Highrise account, you do not need to constantly monitor and import help desk tickets
with your current Highrise contacts. This is how the system works:

  • Create a new help desk ticket
  • By utilizing the Highrise API, Zavanda verifies if the contact already exists in your Highrise account
  • If the user exists, Zavanda just simply creates a new note for that contact
  • If the user does not exist, Zavanda will automatically create the new contact and the associated help desk note
