How do I change default ticket types?

As long as you are logged in as a Manager you can click on the Administration top-level menu item. Then click scroll about half way down the page and you should see a Ticket Types - Assigned Users area.

This area allows 2 things, a) Allows you to maintain ticket type groups and b) Assign users (your employees) to these groups.

What if I lose my password?

If you cannot login because you cannot remember your password, simply click the 'Forgot your password?Send me a new one!' link. Because Zavanda allows users to create multiple accounts (using 1 email address), you must provide the proper username that you were logging in with. An email will then be sent to your account with a newly created password. Click the My Profile link to change your password again.

Can I change my profile photo?

Yes you can! Simply click the My Profile link in the top right hand corner. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the Browse form button. Then find your photo from your computer and click OK or Open. Once you have chosen your photo, simply click the Save Profile Details button and your new photo has been saved!

How do I change my login info?

You can only change your login password. You cannot change your username.

Can I change the color of Zavanda?

As long as you are logged in as the Account Owner you may change the color of Zavanda under the Account Settings menu item.

Can I change my time zone for my account?

Yes, as long as you are logged in as the Account Owner you may change the time zone settings in the Account Settings menu item.

The account owner has changed. Now what?

For security reasons, only the Account Owner can change the ownership. If however, this person no longer exists, please contact Zavanda Support and submit a new Support Ticket requesting the account be changed. Please try and provide as much information as possible. For example, who was the old account owner, and who would be the new account owner, etc.
