When you first created your Zavanda account, the Zavanda system created several default Message Groups for you to use.
You can however, add, rename or remove these groups. Please note that you must be logged in as a manager in order to edit this page. If you click on the Administration top-level menu item. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will should see a section called Message System Groups. This is where you can maintain your Message groups.
There are several ways to create a new customer. The easiest way is to create a customer when you create a new ticket. As you start typing in
the full name input area, you should get a realtime drop down list of available current customers. If the user does not exist, you can simply click
the Customer not found? Create one! link which will open an option to add a user's email address. Please note, both the full name and email
address are required.
The second option is to click the Customers top-level menu item, and then click the Add a New Customer menu item on the right.
